Firing Services

If you are an experienced ceramicist and are looking for firing services, we’ve got you! Please see rates below:

$5.00 - Small item up to the size of a standard coffee mug (or multiple smaller items that are the equivalent size of a single mug)

$10.00 - A single piece up to 10" x 10" x 5.5"

$20.00 - Flat rate for a full shelf measuring approximately 16" x 15” x  5.5" tall space

$35.00 – Half kiln rental measuring approximately 16" x 15” x  11" tall space (about 2 full shelves of standard sized mugs)

$70.00 - Full kiln rental 16” x 15” x 22” (about 4 full shelves of standard sized mugs)

We can only fire up to cone 6. All bisque will be fired to cone 04.

Luster glaze firing is available (cone 018 or cone 020). However, minimum rate is for one full shelf ($20 minimum).

Pieces will be ready for pickup within 2 weeks. However, if I happen to have other pieces to fire then I’ll try to get your pieces finished before then.
